Okay, this site is supposed to be about slipcovers, but I know that many people who buy slipcovers are doing so because they’re redecorating, and at the very least doing some interior painting.
Therefore, I put together an in-depth How to Paint a Room Guide which I call the “Home Interior Painting Guide.”
I’ll take you through what you can expect this in this guide.
1. Painting Equipment
The Guide goes through the key painting equipment you need to paint interior rooms and/or the exterior of your home.
2. Brushes and rollers
No painting job is done without using brushes and/or rollers. In the Guide you’ll learn all about brushers and rollers for so you can learn the basics of how to paint a room.
3. Masking Tips & Paint Preparation Tips
One of the worst parts about painting a room (in my view) is masking. I like painting, but the preparation is tedious. The trouble is (for me anyway) is that preparation is critically important. One of the most important preparation steps is masking to protect the parts you won’t be painting.
4. Ceilings
Ceilings are no picnic to paint, but it needs to be done. My how to paint a room guide will give you some tips about painting ceilings.
What about the exterior?
When you get my guide you’ll also receive a series delivered to your e-mail about painting the exterior of your home. You may not be at that stage, but you can file those emails away for when you need to paint your exterior.
